  Worst customer service. Please don't buy any product. We bought beds from this store $3800, which was exchange twice,because of damage product. We inform store Again the bed head is still damaged which they exchanged.We thought to cancel the order.We also bought mattress, protecter and pillows etc. from them.They mentioned please don't cancel the order,just open all the products and use it.They will definitely fix it.They forced us to open and promise will fix the issue. We open the stuff as they mentioned. I spend more $500 for room decor and bedsheets.Then store representative Rita fail to fulfill her promise, mentioned she can't refund the mattress money.She just refund the bed money and we land up with her mess waste mattress, pillows . And of course bedsheets,never thought this could ever happened. Please don't buy anything definitely will land up with disappointments. Money waste.
  It might be nothing for her but for us it was special savings for our kids.
  Very very poor service.
